Azure is a 1,000 sq.ft. apartment in Visakhapatnam, designed as the lead property for a new hospitality brand. Set on the fourth floor with partial views of the Bay of Bengal, the home was envisioned as a fresh and welcoming short-stay experience—compact yet unconstrained, with an atmosphere that evokes the ease of summer rather than following a predictable hospitality formula.

The design is built around generous light, breezy whites, warm woods and subtle sky-blue accents, creating a relaxed Scandinavian-inspired palette. Full-height sliding windows transformed the living-dining area, allowing sunlight to flow across warm oak-toned floors and linen-textured walls. Two compact bedrooms were merged into a generous suite, creating a more immersive guest experience with integrated storage and carefully resolved details. The kitchen was opened up with a crisp white-and-wood scheme, while a cheerful study nook, warm wood-lined bay window and calm, coastal bathrooms add moments of comfort throughout. Every intervention was guided by the same intention: to create an experience rather than simply a space—quietly elegant, functional and filled with the feeling of summer.
